We respect your time and skills. We have a clear bonus system — Project Leaders receive concrete financial bonuses (e.g. 500 PLN per 100h) for delivering the project within estimate and risk budget.
Remote, but together
We value the freedom of remote work, but know how important relationships are. Twice a year we organise large integration trips for the whole team, and in December we meet in person for the company Christmas dinner.
Zero politics, 100% substance
All client meetings are transcribed and enter the system. We work in agile blocks, on clear mockups and clean estimates. Communication is via Slack and Google Meet — no private calls after hours.
